Perfect breakfast meal

Wheat bran 50g, non-fat milk 70ml, low fat yogurt 50g, (jam/berries/honey-optional)

Mix all the ingredients in the jar the night before and let it soak through the night.

Enjoy in the morning, slowly with a s mall spoon. One can make it sweet or savory/salty – but be remindede that sweet food makes you satied longer.  have have fruits 1-3 as snack if hungry before the lunch time.

Really high in fibre, Protein, no fat.
